1차 자료

1. 개인서신. 본서의 마지막 2판(1980, 1986년 판)의 자료수집을 위하여 10,000여 통의 개인편지 및 설문자료를 보내어 정보를 모으고 자료 및 내용을 점검했다. 우리는 외국인보다 자국인의 정보에 더 가치를 두었으나, 응답의 제반 조건은 외국인이 대개 더 나았다. 응답율은 50%를 상회했고 아주 고무적이었다.

2. 개인적인 대화를 통하여 중요한 정보제공자와 함께 교제를 나누게 된 것은 하나님의 은혜였다.

3. 많은 연구조사, 서류, 회보, 보고서 등이 개인 또는 단체에서 발행되었다. 이들 자료 가운데 중요한 내용은 본부에서 정리하여 제목별, 일자별로 처리했다. 약 50만 쪽의 분량이 마이크로 필름(한 필름에 70개가 저장됨. 24배 확대렌즈 필요)에 수록되었다. 완전한 필름은 International Research Office, WEC International, Bulstrode, Gerrards Cross, Bucks, SL9 8SZ, England에서 구할 수 있다.
